Registrar
A court officer responsible for maintaining a register or record of court proceedings.
Remanded to appear in court
When a person is being held in prison or jail until a later date when a hearing will take place.
Respondent
A person who has an application for an intervention order made against them.
Restitution order
A monetary order that may be imposed in addition to a fine if you are found guilty or convicted of an offence involving theft. You may need to give goods back to a person or provide goods that directly or indirectly represent the stolen items.
