Application for an infringement extension - excessive speed only - nominate or object

Use this form if your infringement offence is exceeding a speed limit in excess of 25km/h or driving at 130km/h or more, to extend time to nominate or object to the infringement.

*Excessive speed is an offence of:

  • 130 km/h or more regardless of speed limit; or
  • 25km/h or more in excess of the speed limit.
