Revoked - Postcode Eligibility for Family Violence Counselling Orders - Practice Direction No. 2 of 2021

This Practice Direction is to ensure that the Court maintains an effective status quo in relation to the catchment area for family violence counselling orders. 

This Practice Direction revokes Practice Direction No. 4 of 2019.
