Civil Jurisdiction - Practice Direction No. 19 of 2020

This Practice Direction relates to the Civil jurisdiction of the Magistrates' Court of Victoria during coronavirus restrictions and revokes Practice Direction No. 12 of 2020.

It must be read in conjunction with, and subject to, Practice Direction No. 20 of 2020 for the period of the declared State of Disaster. and Civil Division guidelines - see below.
